 The Axle Housing Cell
Take a look at the plant tour videos on this site. You'll notice that we use a cellular manufacturing approach. Our cells are comprised of multiple machines that produce a range of similar products. This approach reduces queuing, delays, tracking effort and confusion that accompany material movement.
We've also incorporated an integrated Kanban process into our repetitive production system-which allows us to minimize inventories and closely monitor work-in-process.
On the cultural side, we're committed to continual improvement and customer focus. We suggest improvements. We're problem-solvers. We work as a team.
